Freds Pass Rural Show 2012

For over 30 years, the Freds Pass Rural Show has been an event at which the community can showcase and celebrate a range of achievements in the pastoral, agricultural and horticultural industries, in addition to local sporting and community endeavours.  During this time, the Freds Pass Rural Show has also evolved into a much anticipated event by the entire Top End community.  The show heralds for Top Enders the beginning of the Dry Season and families from far afield look forward to those three days each May where great food, fun, entertainment and competitions can be enjoyed.

With an action packed program for everyone at this year’s Show -  World Champion Axeman David Foster OAM and his team will once again entertain the crowds and you can be assured that they will be chopping up a storm in the Territory; Angela Polglaze will again delight the crowds with her wood carvings display and the Freestyle Extreme Moto X are back with a brand new show!

Our sponsors and the community have been fantastic this year with their support and it is only with their continued contributions we can provide top class fun and entertainment for everyone.  Keep an eye out for our headlining act which will be announced shortly. Don’t forget to keep an eye out for the children’s entertainment, the arts and crafts and the many displays that have been organised this year.
